We’re designing a platform that will help students and recent graduates explore career paths, prepare for opportunities, and connect with employers—especially in spaces traditional recruiting often misses. Our approach brings together digital tools, early coaching models, and pilot partnerships with employers and institutions. While we are still in the early stages, we are building a system that, at scale, will enable young professionals to enter the workforce more confident, more prepared, and more connected to meaningful career paths.
